Why can’t I export content

    Hello and Happy New Year.
    ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’ appeared on my screen when I tried exporting content from this site to another.
    I made a few attempts exporting but to no avail. There is no problem with my connection.
    Please tell me what can I do to resolve this problem.

    Hm, I don’t see anything that would be preventing that on the site you listed.

    I also see several successful exports logged under it.

    Were you referring to a different site?

    I had no trouble exporting contents after restarting my PC a few times.
