Why can't I export my XML

I am trying to export my XML but keep getting the error message that says there is something wrong with the servers and it’s probably all Matt’s fault.
I have had this happen several times before and I read of it occurring in a closed topic thread on the forums too.
I need to export my XML because a blog called binleaks.weebly is erasing fan blogs on the same topic as mine is (Bin Weevils).
The bin leaks team have posted their intention to hack my account on their home page and have already deleted content belonging to authors and editors on my blog.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I suggest you worry about securing your site first: remove all Admins other than yourself. Then change your email password. Then change your blog password. Then you can rest secure.
The #1 way these blogs are ‘hacked’ is that people have made untrustworthy people admins. There’s even a guy who makes a living ransoming back your sites and if you don’t pay, he deletes your site. This is why having lots of admins is a BAD idea. Turn them all into editors for now.

I don’t have any other admins on my site. I’m the only one. I’d just like to get the XML downloaded as if I’d not had that, I’d have lost everything.
