Why can't I find..?

I havent logged on in awhile and when I finally did and went to what I thought was my dashboard I can only find global dashboard. This is really frustrating, because all the fun tabs that were there when I first signed up aren’t there anymore. Why is this?
When I log in the tabs on top are: me, blog, info, follow, shortlink. Under me is: everything but my dashboard-the only thing similiar to it is global dashboard and when I tried clicking on that it didn’t help at all. I want to post some blogs but am unable to with this situation. Can you please help me asap?

It looks like you have deleted your blog (which was called sinjin2008.wordpress.com). If you mean to register a new blog under your account, make sure you are logged in to WordPress.com, and visit https://en.wordpress.com/signup/
