  Why can’t I find a theme editor on my blog. Is this an extra plugin?

  Because we’re running WordPress MultiUser here at wp.com and it’s a shared environment. You may want to read the Please read me first post as it may help you understand the differences between the two different software platforms.

  edit: Searching may help as well. :)
