Why can't I find domain administration?

  I cannot log in to wordpress.org to transfer and renew domain. I cannot find Domain Administration.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  thegreatcatblog.com. is registered with Fast Domains – you need to renew with them – also since you have a WordPress.ORG install renewal and transfers can’t be done from the Dashboard – also WordPress.ORG is the keeper of the software you are using – they don’t register domain names nor do they host sites

  I cannot access any Domain Admin on my WordPress dashboard. How in the world can I renew if this is not available. This proxy domain holders are sending me back to WordPress to do it. I cannot access this page: http://thegreatcat.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=domain-options
