Why can't I get in the back end/dashboard of Be Secure self Defense?

  How can I get into my blogs dashboard when I get a message that says – You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. This is over 1 month and i still can not get in. My blog Besecureselfdefense is hosted by Cool handle.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These are the support forums for WordPress.com. It looks like your site is a self-hosted installation of WordPress.org. You can find the WordPress.org support forums at:
