Why cant i get onto my reader and stats page?

HI, I am trying to get onto my stats page and reader but I keep being directed to a page to create a new blog, I dont want to create a new blog or upgrade, just stick with what I have, why am i being re-direcred, and then unable to navigate away?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! I just wanted to comment to let you know that this issue and what appears to be various related issues are being discussed in Why am I being forced to add a blog to my account. You might try there for a bit of help navigating until WP help is able to address the issue. (not WP staff, just a blogger trying to help) :)
