Why can't I get tech support if I can't figure something out?!

this is bullshit, Im just trying to get my emails by changing the mx records, and I keep getting sent to this forum. This is some real bullshit. I can’t even the delete this shit to get have access to my dns because it keeps sending me to the forum. What type of customer service is this!

This is a peer support forum where Volunteers answer the majority of support questions. When we cannot assist we flag threads for Staff attention and I have just done that.
