Why can't I get the refunds your system is telling me I should get?

    Please refund the $18.00 that I did not authorize to be charged in the first place. Cancel tsa476.wordpress.com and store476.com. I no longer want to use Google for this blog, I will take it to Blogspot instead.

    I tried to handle this through your automated system and amazingly enough… the system knew what charges I would want refunds for. Amazing. Even more amazing that the, ‘click here refund links,’ do not work. They repeatedly brought me to ERROR Screens and IU’ve wasted an hour researching where this charge came from and why, trying to cancel it, and now having to write to you.

    PLEASE!!!!! Resolve this issue immediately by refunding $13.00 + $5.00 ($18.00 Total) via Paypal to (email visible only to moderators and staff) I am so frustrated as a result of this experience, I’d like you to cancel any and subscriptions to anything that I pay for through Google and/or its subsidiaries. Leave my Google Drive alone until I have time to transfer it to another cloud service and then I will write you to camcel that as well. I am done with this company.

    First, can I double check something? You make a couple mentions of not wanting to use “Google” any longer. Google is not connected to WordPress.com in any way. In fact, Google actually owns Blogspot. I’m going to assume that this was just a typo. We all make them, especially when we’re frustrated. Happens to me all the time. But I wanted to make sure we were on the same page.

    I see that you have voided the payment, so the following may be a moot point.

    Regarding cancellation, if you want to cancel your domain store476.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using store476.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain.
