Why can't i get unbounce to work

  The helpdesk from unbounce claims i need to allow the plugin in wordpress for unbounce to connect. I can’t find the plugin in WP however. Furthermore unbounce says i need the Address URL not the site URL where to find this?

  All available plugins on WordPress.com are already built in and you don’t have the option to install third-party plugins here.
