Why can't I go premium with my blog?

  I wanted the ‘Go Premium’ upgrade of $99 bundle with my blog, no ads, CSS or Custom, and the domain mapping. Yes, I already have the domain mapping, but I would rather have the whole magilla. Form won’t let me. Why cannot I not do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve had a look at your account. It looks like you managed to register for WordPress.com Premium successfully, and the domain mapping is now included as part of that bundle!

  I did manage it! The reason it would not let me from the window I was in was because I got a discount because of already having paid for domain mapping. Just had to go in from my blog dashboard. Thanks so much for checking out my question!
