  With a free WordPress.com site you can activate any of the free or Premium themes found at https://wordpress.com/themes Other themes you see on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can be made to work here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan.
