Why can't I install a new theme?

  Hello, I have a problem with installing a new theme. I can’t find the ‘add new’ (or something like that) button. Please, help!

  Uploading a third-party or custom theme is possible only on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software. This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com site. Learn more.
