Why can't I install custom theme even after paying for hosting & servers?
-
I have paid for mapping, custom domain, and hosting but I couldn’t install custom themes on wordpress. I have installed the wordpress 3.2.1 via a widget from godaddy but when I typed in mysite.com/wp-admin (www.trachuonggio.com/wp-admin) I couldn’t get into the admin page.
Please help ASAP.

At WordPress.com, we don’t provide the option to install custom themes. Just to make sure, did you check our theme showcase to see if there is one there that fits your needs? http://theme.wordpress.com/
WordPress.com and a WordPress.org on an outside web hosting company are separate. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.
What is happening right now, is that your custom domain is mapped to a WordPress.com blog but you would like to switch it and map the domain to a web server on a different web host instead. DNS settings are what control that and so you need to find out what DNS settings your web host (GoDaddy) requires and then update those settings. If you contact GoDaddy, they should be able to help you sort that out pretty easily.
If you definitely are switching away from WordPress.com to use GoDaddy web hosting instead, let me know and I will cancel and refund your WordPress.com domain mapping upgrade because you will not need that if you’re using a separate web host.

Thank you for clearing that up.
I would like to use GoDaddy web hosting and use wordpress.com.
If you can refund the domain mapping upgrade it would be great. -
I have canceled and refunded your domain mapping as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
