Why can't I launch my site?

  Please help with launching this site https://ictedu.home.blog/

  I haven’t received an email asking me to confirm and activate the site, either.

  I’m not able to launch my site either (tapasofhappiness.home.blog)

  When I click “Launch,” I just get sent to a blue page that says to wait a minute, but the page never changes even after several minutes.

  When I click the red launch button, nothing happens (except it turns gray for a while). What can I do to make it happen?
