why can’t I ‘like’ other WP site posts

  When I click Like on another WP blog post, nothing happens. Why can’t I ‘like’ other posts? This is a new problem.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
