Why can't I link urls or add tags?

  I can’t link urls in my posts, and also can’t add tags. When I try linking it takes me back to the ‘all posts’ page.
  The browser also doesn’t react when I click ‘add tag’.
  This has happened both on Firefox on a PC and on my Mac Safari.
