  Good Morning – Please share the domain that you need help with starting with http:// .

  On WordPress.com all themes available for you to use on your blog are found here: http://wordpress.com/themes/ You are not able to use any outside themes on WordPress.com.

  Plugins are a feature only supported on self hosted sites that use WordPress.org. WordPress.org is very different from what happens here at WordPress.com. The differences in WordPress.com and WordPress.org are outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you wish to use Plugins or a downloaded theme, then you would need to create a self hosted blog or site with WordPress.org.
