why cant I login?

  I am trying to login to edit my site and it is telling me that my password is incorrect. When I go to reset the password nothing shows up in my email address that it is being sent too. This is very frustrating.

  Are you sure the account/username you’re trying to log into has that email associated with it?

  If so, check the spam/junk folder of your email account. If it’s still not there, I can tag this thread for Staff assistance.

  Please can someone help…..I cannot log into WordPress to edit my website, my old registered email address in longer in use, so I cannot receive a password reset link, cannot seem to find phone numbers for support, if somebody can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you

  Yes, I am using the correct username and everything. Its not sending a link to my email to reset it. I can login to wordpress.com but when I click customization to edit my website it promtes me to login again. And when I select reset password nothing gets sent to my email address that I have set for it. I am checking the spam folder and nothing is in there for wordpress. I have no idea what is happening.
