Why can't I login to my blog? It will only display the Blogs I Follow Screen

  When I login to my blog I can’t get to the dashboard etc. All I can see is the Blogs I Follow Screen. So I take the option to log in again, my user ID is already defaulted in and I enter the password. It doesn’t tell me the password is wrong – it simply displays the Blogs I Follow Screen again along with an option to login.
  I feel like I’m going round in circles!
  Any help would be geatly appreciated. many thanks.

  The problems to have righted itself this morning. Some sort of frustrating 24hr glitch?!
