why cant I login to my other account?!

When I try to login as rkerr, it says that cookies are blocked and that i need to enable cookies. I checked and cookies ARE enabled and not blocked. I desperately need to login to that account ASAP. I was able to login to kerr211 account to access this support page but i cant login to rkerr account. please help!

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
