why cant i long into wordpress.com with my clients admin login

Hello, so I’m trying to create a new website for my client. they gave me their login credential and also gave me a link

where I can go and log in. the issue I’m having now is that, when I login and I try to get help, I don’t see the help icon at the bottom right, I see a support tab at the top right, but when I click on it, it takes me to WordPress and asks me to log into WordPress for support. When I try to log in with the client’s credentials they gave me, it doesn’t work, it keeps saying it’s not correct. Can someone please help me?
