Why can't I make this blog do what I want?

I want a Custom Menu that, to start, has Home, FAQ, Resources, Other Resources. I can’t figure out how to do that. I’ve played around with all the menu items on Dashboard and nothing works. I read through the Support page on Custom Menus, but it does not make sense to me. Home will be a static page. Maybe there is a better theme than Coraline that supports what I want to do. (My site is NOT to post articles to. It is to explain a church counseling ministry.)

It doesn’t look like you’ve attempted to create a menu yet. Have you tried the video tutorial at http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ ?

One hang up that you might be running into is that you need to create the FAQ, Resources, and Other Resources pages before they can be added to the menu.
