Why can't I open another blog with the same email address?

  I am trying to open and maintain another blog but apparently I need a brand new email address to do this. Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  try Dashboard >> My Blogs >> register a new blog

  you need to be logged in with the original account to create a new blog that uses the same email (same account) – you are probably trying to register a new blog the same way you did the first one – that will not work
