Why can't I pay for this feature?!

I can’t add Guided Transfer b/c it’s telling me I already have upgrades. Please help. I just need to transfer my blog to not lose any work.

I just checked your account and the Guided Transfer upgrade is already active on your account, which explains why you can’t buy it again.

YES! I paid for it after I changed the font. I didn’t realize that I couldn’t purchase the upgrade w/ custom fonts in my theme. Thank you!!! :)
