Why can't I pingback to Daily Challenge?

  I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I THINK I have done the following correctly:

  Enabled pingbacks (in my Dashboard) and created a link (in my post) to today’s (2/27/2014) Daily Challenge: Let’s Dance.

  The link is working properly, but when I go to the Daily Challenge post site, my post does not show up as a hyperlink in the list with all the other bloggers.

  Please help me. Thank you, Joan

  Provided one have not disabled the default settings, there’s no need to do anything at all other than creating a properly formed link. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/05/20/creating-html-hyperlinks-links-in-wordpress/
  The default setting on every WordPress blog is such that every time you create a properly formed link the software does the pinging automatically for you.
