Why Can't I Post?

I’ve got a 1300 word post just sitting on my clipboard because wordpress says it can’t post it? This is not a new blog, though it would be the first post on it. I can’t add tags or categories either, nor can i preview the post. When i go to post it just gives me this message:
“An error occurred while loading.
That method is not allowed.”What method is it talking about? I’ve tried accessing the new post page through as many ways as i can think, and still get this message.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve tried posting on my other blog and i get the same error code. but when i access my old old old blog from high school, made under a different email, i can post just fine, so it’s not like my blog was inactive too long, so i cant use it now. i’d really like to be able to post, so can someone, anyone, please give me some ideas?

If not then what is the URL please?
Are you logged in as Admin https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the site?

Why is the text on your clipboard?
Is it a Microsoft WORD file that you are copying and pasting from? -
Never mind, they finally responded to my email lol. Can i just say, this site used to be A LOT more user friendly??

Adapting the platform so everyone everywhere in the world using whatever device they choose to use has been a huge challenge for Staff. https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2014/12/16/dashboard-update/ They are 2 years into that process and people who use desktops only for blogging as I do have to remind ourselves that not everyone else uses them.
