Why can't I post a comment on other sites where I've been posting for days?

  I am trying to post comments on other sites where, for days, I have been recently commenting with no problem. But today I cannot comment, because the sites will not recognize me without logging in. When I log in using WordPress, I still can’t post a comment ”using that email address,” the message says. What gives?
