why can't I post anything?

  Why can’t I post anything? It started yesterday, when I clicked to new post, ithe page didn’t appear.

  By the way, I haven’t seen the option library in the left toolbar anymore.

  Plz help me. I have know idea what’s going on. Thank for reading.
