Why can't I post in forum or leave comments in some places?

Comments haven’t been working right for me for the last week on any sites other than my own except for replying via the notifications button.
After submitting comments, they appear to go through, but fail to display and blogs I comment on do not appear in my reader feed. If I posted on a blog via the reader, the comment would appear immediately after posting and register towards the comment count on the post, but would then disappear.
Additionally, I was unable to post in the support forum.

I’m sorry for the trouble! It sounds like Akismet, our spam filter, is accidentally marking your comments and forum posts as spam.
Our Akismet team can help you with that here:
You can type “spam” in the search bar there. In the contact form that pops up below it, you can choose “I think Akismet is catching my comments by mistake” and submit that form. Our team will help sort out what’s happening to your comments.
