Why can't I produce links with link text?
-
I normally don’t have any problem with linking / producing links, but in my recently purchased Bromley theme, I just doesn’t work.
I.e. I would like to link to a page from a blog post, and did this in the following way:
Welcome to the Glocal Classroom! The link doesn’t show! I’ve also tried the link button, but the same thing.
If I skip the link text, it does, however, work:
http://glocalclassroom.wordpress.com/about/But I really want to be able to use link texts.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Grace,
Sorry for a late reply – I managed to solve this one myself. I do, however have another question. I would love to place a circular Twitter button in my header – on the right hand side (rather than including a Twitter widget in the sidebar).
Could you advice on this? I realize some CSS is involved, but I haven’t managed to get the whole picture of what I need to do. Most people seem to point to the header.php file, but also, I can’t seem to find it (or any php files at all). I have basic knowledge of html/css.
Generally speaking, placing items in the header has been a concern of mine for some time, so your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi Ulrica,
As @timethief mentioned, please post a thread in the CSS forum! There may be other users who could benefit from this as well!
Cheers!
