Why can't I publish?

There’s something seriously wrong with either the site or my account. All I wanted was to create a blog “envildjavel.wordpress.com” but I already had an old account so I logged in and changed the name, well now I can’t publish anything and I can’t DELETE the account to create a new one. I don’t want to leave the site I just want to start over. Please help me I’m so f*cking frustrated. Not being able to delete an account is a stupid idea, just so you know. Noone get’s happy because of it.

The authors have deleted this blog.Deleting a blog is forever, the URL cannot be recycled and reused.

re: domain mapping It will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
