Why can't I purchase any of the premium blogs?

  Hi, it seems I am unable to purchase any of the premium blogs, it brings me to a page that says “You are unable to change the theme” and a link to “try again”, but when I do the same thing happens.

  Hi there,
  There are several threads on the same topic https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/premium-themes that are all flagged for Staff attention just like this one is now.
