Why can’t I reach anyone at WordPress?

They broke my blog and I need actual support from actual WordPress. But every time I try to find a way to contact them it just tries to force me to post on the forums. How do I talk to someone at actual WordPress?

I googled their customer service number, but I don’t think they actually have one. Which is concerning. XD If you find it, let me know. I need to talk to them too.
