Why can't I read my imported comments?
-
I recently imported my blog from Blogger and while the posts and comments appear to have imported (the correct number of posts and comments is shown on the Dashboard), the comments do not appear on their respective posts and I can’t access them from the Dashboard, either.
Thank you for your help!

Does your blog only have imported posts on it?
If so, I’d like to delete everything and try again if you’re willing.

Yes, only imported posts. Sure, let’s try it. Do I need to do anything on my end (other than obviously re-import the posts)?

Thank you for your help! There are now *some* comments showing up, which is definitely an improvement, but not all. Oddly enough, it appears that the comments from the oldest posts have imported without any trouble, but the comments on posts from within the past few weeks have not. I’ve tried clearing the information again and importing again, but the recent comments are still not appearing, though the comment count is correct. I’m not sure what to make of that.

I found them: they ended up in the trash. I’m not able to select them in order to restore them, though. Any ideas?

They are now appearing on the dashboard as approved, but are still not visible on the blog posts themselves.

Okay, thanks for the follow up! We’re going to take a closer look at this for you to see if we can get this sorted on our end. :)
