Hi there. Do you mean this list of available domains? https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#available-domains
You don’t have to register a domain for the country you live in, but if you prefer to have a Lebanese domain you can register one with a local domain registrar, and then buy the domain mapping upgrade to connect it to WordPress.com: http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
Just also be sure PayPal is supported in your country, otherwise you’ll run into trouble when trying to pay for domain mapping.

Sorry I don’t have the PayPal link – but Lebanon might be a country that PayPal does not accept payments from – try checking with PayPal – you might need to get a card with an address in a country that PayPal trusts (a debit card would also work if it is from a major company such as Visa or MasterCard) – or a friend in a country that PayPal will accept a payment from
It’s a fraud prevention issue that sometimes traps people
I will flag this for staff attention – they should have the link to accepted countries

Hello there!
Thanks for tagging this post.
Sadly, PayPal does not support payments from Lebanon. Here is their current list of accepted countries:
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwideAs mentioned earlier, if it is a possibility for you, you may try paying with a card registered to an address in a country that PayPal does accept, or having a friend or colleague in another country purchase the upgrade for you.
So sorry you’re experiencing this inconvenience. If I can help address any other concerns, please let me know. Many thanks.
