Why can’t I register my deleted blogname again?

I’ve made a blog a while ago and deleted it. Now I want to start again a blog, with the same name and url. But if i removed the blog, why can’t I register it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Because you deleted it. There are three warnings that deletions are permanent and include URLs.

Also note that aside from the 3 warnings you were given prior to deleting the blog, which included an email with a confirmation link in it, the support documentations clearly states that when you delete a blog the URL is gone forever and cannot be recycled and used again.
