Why can't I renew my registration?

  When I try to renew, it gives me an error message saying “Sorry, that product is no longer available.” I would like to renew ASAP; my webpage will stop functioning on Feb. 7th.

  Hi Lisa,

  Can you try renewing your domain upgrades via your Store -> Domains page? You’ll need to renew your Domain Registration, Domain Mapping, and Private Whois upgrades all at the same time, since they’re connected.
