Why can't I schedule blog posts in the WordPress iPhone app, Version 4.0.1

  Whenever I try and schedule a post on the iPhone app, it reverts back to “Publish Immediately” and not to the date and time selected. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the ios support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  Thanks timethief, though I’m not too sure if it is specific to wordpress.com, or is a problem on both…

  Thanks for commenting, carloborja! I think it might be any Apple device with the mobile app. I’m glad to hear that I’m not the only one! In the meantime, I’ve had to write posts in the app, save as drafts, then schedule them in the online version!

  Hi @liamodell1 and @carloborja,

  I was able to reproduce this within the latest version of the mobile app. It looks like this issue is already on the radar and should be addressed in the near future in an update:

  I’ll make a note to post back here when the issue is resolved!

  Yep! We just pushed out an update to the app that should have resolved this issue. I’m glad it’s working on your side. Let me know if you run into any additional trouble.
