why can't I schedule posts and use links or tags

  Dear WordPress,

  Your normally faultless platform won’t let me use tags, links or schedule posts.

  I’ve tried on both an iPad and notebook, also tried turning both off and on again and starting a new post but nothing helped.

  I would appreciate your help.
