Why Can't I See a Video I Uploaded From My iPad with Video Press?

  I am a Special Education teacher and am using a WordPress blog as a means to publish shared writing products created by my class. I also use our classroom iPad to take videos, take pictures, and create projects to post to the world!

  I recently purchased/upgraded to VideoPress to attach videos to the blog. I attached a recent iPad video of one of my students to a blog post (using the WordPress app), but when I go to see it, the video does not show (on my iPad, iMac, or Dell computers).

  Help! If I cannot upload videos to our blog from my iPad, I would like a refund for the upgrade.

  Please let me know if there is something I am missing. I would love to be able to have my kids share their creativity!

  The video takes a little bit of time to process and seems to be just fine now.

  Would you please check again?

  I checked it yesterday, and while I could see the video picture with the play button, once I clicked it, it didn’t show anything.

  I checked it today and it is back to not showing anything. Help!

  When you check today is it on your iMac, iPad, or Dell? I just checked on a Mac laptop in both Firefox and Chrome and the video loaded properly for me. Are you still seeing issues with it?
