Why can't I see all the blogs I follow?

    I am following nine blogs currently, but on the Dashboard, under the section ‘Blogs I Follow/Subscription management’. it only lists two sites. But, if I go to the Reader, all nine are listed. (It’s actually only eight, I keep deleting a duplicate of one blog and it constantly returns.)

    I’m sure this is more about a deficiency in my knowledge of WP than a glitch in the site. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
