Why cant I see "Front page" and "Posts page" options when … static page
-
The situation is as follows:
My WP address: http://lu2ip.wordpress.com/
From: http://learn.wordpress.com/bonus-round-get-a-home-page/#get I went to: “Get set up with a static homepage”
In the Dashboard I followed the instructions: Pages>>Add new, called it “Home” -as you suggest. From the same menu I created a second page, called it “Blog” as instructed. Then went to “Settings>>Reading” checked “A static page”, but no option appears in the choices “Front Page” and “Posts page” but “About”.
what I am doing wrong ? Please help me.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://lu2ip.wordpress.com/home does not exist. Are you sure you actually created a page with content? Are you sure it’s public?

That was fast raincoaster, thank you. Should I say … ops … now referred pages are “published”. I thought drafts could be analyzed. I’m a newbie.

Raincoaster, now that I “published” the options @ “Front Page” and “Posts page” are available. Thank you.
