why can't I see my complete post on my home page in the theme Grisaille?

When I post a blogg it shows only a few sentences and then breaks it of, it doesn’t show the picture either.
I’m using the theme Grisaille.. when I change to to another theme, for example Chateau it does show the complete blogg.
How is this possible?
I’m working with firefox and have already cleared cookies…

Each theme is designed differently. I’ve not experimented with Grisaille, but it is designed to show only a few sentences of each post.

OK, the work-around I wondered about is not going to help.
A quick experiment on a test blog shows that Grisaille has a functional custom excerpt feature for categories and archives but not for the front home blogging page. Some themes have that, and others are designed for whole posts on the front page. Sorry for less than good news.

It might help your search if you export your blog to a new test/experiment/private blog so you can leave your active site undisturbed.
Import the contents of your live blog to the text blog so you will be working with the posts and pages you have already set up. Once you find a theme you like it is only a matter of fixing your live blog to match which you can probably do very quickly.
