Why can't I see my "tag line" on the theme "Pilcrow" when I do a set-up pre

  Why can’t I see my “tag line” on the theme “Pilcrow” when I do a set-up preview.? I’m sure I’ve missed some reason somewhere, because you folks are pretty thorough in your set-up coverage. I do plan to use an active upgrade for proficiency. Also, while I’m asking, I plan to setup this page a 2nd blog to be enacted for my foundation at my university. 1.- Would it be best to setup as a secondary domain, or have second registration for another independent domain and connect each to the other by a “link?” 2.- Considering my foundation is steered through a University link, would it be proper to register as: .com, .edu, or .me? Just a side note; I am a novice at this, so I really appreciate all thoughts: “good, bad, or ugly, … as long as they improve an already great idea. Have a great holidae!!
