Why can't I see my theme when Activiated
-
I’m really frustrated, I have an IT background so this shouldn’t be so difficult. I’ve purchased a Premium Theme but when I view my site it just shows me the logo. I have nothing that looks like the theme I purchased and I cannot find anything that help me to understand if I’ve applied the theme incorrectly?? Surely if a theme is ACTIVE then when I view my site I should see what appeared in the demo I bought? Can anyone help, if not how do I get a refund! Really disappointed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you read the theme support page:
https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fortune/support/Adittionally, you have a dedicated forum for that theme:

@mcolbran
It looks to me like your theme is active. But you don’t seem to have added any content to your site yet. You have to add the posts, pages, images, widgets and menus yourself. The theme can’t show content that doesn’t exist.Think of it this way: if you buy a photo frame, do you display it with the placeholder picture it came with? No, you put your own picture in it. The theme demo page just shows you what the theme looks like with content, but installing the theme doesn’t upload that content to your site. You have to add your own content.
Read the support doc @galois provided for more information on the settings for your theme and work through the WordPress.com tutorial (or there’s a video if you prefer) if you don’t know how to go about creating content for your site.
