Hello there! Your Dashboard will look almost identical after your upgrade to Premium. I can see the Premium upgrade purchased on June 18, 2014 for your site: londonbuildersinfo.wordpress.com/.
To view your upgrades, while you’re logged into your site’s Dashboard, please click Store → My Upgrades.
If you have any other questions about your Premium upgrade, please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks, I have attempted to use Premium by creating a draft but in all honesty I am struggling. You seem to provide lots of info about what can be done but very little on how to do it? I have great PC skills but I am no designer and hoped that Premium would give me greater flexibility
, not so far.Are there any video tutorials that deal with the basics? Now that would be a help! Thanks, Philip

Hm, me thinks I shall get my money back as I am unimpressed by the lack of support, tutorials and will look for something more user friendly.
Bye for now

Hi there. Certainly. I’ve canceled your Premium upgrade and your Premium theme and issued a refund. Best of luck with your website. Cheers.

Well well well, I think you are in breach in so many laws my Lawyer would have a field day! You have no right whatsoever to cancel our upgrade account, please provide the full name and contact details of your superior.
I would have thought the pragmatic and positive approach would have been to point me in the right direction in terms of help, support, tutorials – assuming that the latter these exist.
As far as “my website” is concerned I thought this was a blog, my website can be found http://www.london-builders.info
I look forward to receiving direct contact details for your superior, do have a good weekend.

Hello again, I canceled and refunded based on your request yesterday:
Hm, me thinks I shall get my money back as I am unimpressed by the lack of support, tutorials and will look for something more user friendly.
Still, I’m happy to add that service back, if you’d like. Let me know and I’ll do that for you.
As far as “my website” is concerned I thought this was a blog
Blogs and websites are interchangeable verbiage here. I didn’t intend to cause confusion. If you were going to use your site as a dynamic blog, then let’s call it just that.
I have great PC skills but I am no designer and hoped that Premium would give me greater flexibility
, not so far.Since you’re a newer user of WordPress.com, if you choose to stay with our service, you can check out our new users guide: http://learn.wordpress.com
I think the best thing for you to do is start with section 4, “Get Comfy.” Then take a look at item #2 in the list, “Get around your blog’s dashboard.” You could move forward from there, once you’re at ease using WordPress.com’s tools.
If you have specific questions, I am happy to answer them. Also, please inform me if you’d like me to proceed by re-installing the Premium upgrade.
Additionally, if you’d still like to speak to someone else here at WordPress.com, I’m more than happy to pass you along. Just let me know!
Thank you.
