Why can't i see the facebook likes of my friends?
-
I can’t see the facebook likes of my friends. They like it and nothing changes on my website. I don’t get any notifications, since it’s not visible. Only when i like the post myself, i see it and others see it’s been liked.. Why doesn’t that functionality work?

Hi there,
I went and took a look at your site and when someone likes a post using Facebook, the counter does indeed go up for each like. I tested it for the post:
http://style-as-seen.com/2013/03/24/oooh-retro/
And you can see that there is now a like on the Facebook counter.
Or were you referring to some other issue?

Hello, thanks for your help!
Indeed I can see it now. Strange though, cause when my husband liked it 5 min ago, nothing appeared on the site..
Can I ever see who exactly liked it? And it doesn’t appear on their facebook either.. So how can it ever go viral? Thanks for your response!

Hi there!
When someone likes your site while logged in to Facebook, it does actually show up in their timeline and on their homepage. You can see that it showed up on mine here:
So any of my own friends would be able to see that I had liked an article from your page and could go check it out themselves. It does require that they be logged in to Facebook of course!

Yes you are totally right :)
Though, can I see directly on my blog who exactly liked it? Thanks!! -
Oh! I’m so very sorry, I completely missed that part of your question! My bad!
You cannot see the Facebook usernames of the people who have liked your posts, however if you go to your stats page:
http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog=48950991
And if you scroll to the bottom of the page, if anyone does follow your blog, reblog it, or do anything with it in a trackable way, it will show up in this interface.
