Why can't I send a private email to support anymore?

Your community can’t solve this problem. Blue Host is lying to people and you continue to do business with them. Why can’t I send a private email anymore?

his is a peer support forum for free hosted WordPress.com bloggers. Here Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver support. Here Volunteers answer most questions and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
If you have purchased upgrades you can reach WordPress.com Support Staff by using this link. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ However, WordPress.com Staff only provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs so I don’t know why you think there is a Blue Host connection at all.
We believe everyone deserves fantastic support for their WordPress.com blog. Our backlog of requests has consistently grown as our team of 10 receives nearly 8,000 messages a week. To get caught up and give our customers the support they expect with paid upgrades, we made the difficult decision to limit the contact form to customers with upgrades. Once we are caught up we will work on bringing a high level of support back for everyone.
