Why can't I sign into my dashboard to update my web site?

I get a Bad Gateway message 502. Trying to get to my site. And how do I get WordPress customer support???????

I have been using that page,

for months since having my new site created, and have never had a problem before. I have always gone in through this page. My site is on Bluehost.

I’m aware of the fact that your site is on Bluehost servers. I am aware of the fact that the site is a WordPress.ORG install. If you login information does not work then you need to use http://www.johnnewellmusic.com/wpdev/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Thanks for this link. I never would have found it otherwise. I still can’t understand why all of a sudden the bookmark I was using won’t work anymore.
